We ensure a streamlined fabric to garment manufacturing process which is tested and proven in the industry. The process of fabric to garment includes storage, fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, dry process (value added process), washing, finishing and packing.
At Ramsons, we work closely with our customers to learn their requirements and constrains (space and utilities) to design and dimension their laundry. We strongly believe that no two laundries are the same and each of our designs is unique to that laundry.
All equipment's supplied by Ramsons are installed by factory trained service engineers. We work closely with the customer’s projects and utilities team to ensure a seamless installation and hand over. We don’t just stop here. We work with our customers operations team to ensure that successful trials are undertaken and that the customer is comfortable with operating Ramsons equipment's.
Some customers prefer more extensive training and Ramsons is happy to cater to them. We regularly conduct training programs for our customers at our premises. Training ranges from how to operate the machines to what the basic maintenance schedule looks like. For our garment customers, we even conduct training on the various garment washing and dyeing program. We can also audit customer’s facilities to help them reduce operational costs vis a vis saving in energy, chemical and water.
All Ramsons machines come standard with a 1 year warranty against all manufacturing defects. If there is any issue, simply get in touch with us and we will send our engineer to rectify the problem.
